Whether you are a local couple or planning a destination wedding, our goal is to offer a uniquely beautiful location for those seeking an unforgettable celebration at a reasonable cost.

Some couples envision a grand gathering; others prefer an intimate ceremony surrounded by their closest family and friends. Beckwith Ranch is honored to be one of the choices couples consider as they begin their journey together.

How do we provide such a remarkable setting while keeping budgets in mind? Our philosophy is simple: we specialize in small events and offer a historic, character rich venue with sweeping mountain views. This allows couples to enjoy an extraordinary backdrop while remaining mindful of their investment and future plans.

Our DIY-Friendly Model

To keep costs accessible, each renter agrees to a DIY (Do It Yourself) approach. This means couples provide their own décor, photography, music, food, and any additional equipment needed for their celebration. In return, Beckwith Ranch grants generous access to the property for setup, decorating, hosting the event, and completing teardown and cleanup. This flexibility allows couples to shape the day in a way that reflects their style, budget, and vision.

Number of Guests Fee
Indoor/Outdoor – Up to 35 Guests $1800.00

          

For indoor events accommodating up to 35 guests, the following amenities are included in the rental fee:

Amenities
  • Parking space for up to 40 vehicles
  • Tables and chairs for up to 35 guests (Beckwith provides 8 6ft tables and 50 chairs)
  • Dance floor/stage: Access to 27 connecting panels measuring 4’ x 12’ each, allowing customization of the dance floor or stage size
  • Access to electrical and water facilities
  • WiFi access for the wedding party
  • Choice of multiple locations for the wedding ceremony
  • Wedding party can determine if an indoor or outdoor wedding is preferred, small groups will have access to both
  • Use of kitchen facilities
  • Optional cleanup service: Guests can choose to conduct their own cleanup after the event or opt for Beckwith to provide the service for a fee of $600.00.
  • Access to public restrooms

DIY – Any item not listed above is the responsibility of the renter to provide.

  • Trash Disposal - It is required event party rent a small to large trash dumpster

Outdoor – Up to 36 - 75 Guests $3000.00

For indoor events accommodating up to 36-100 guests, the following amenities are included in the rental fee:

Amenities
  • Parking space for up to 40 vehicles
  • Tables and chairs (Beckwith provides 8 6ft tables and 50 chairs)
  • Dance floor/stage: Access to 27 connecting panels measuring 4’ x 12’ each, allowing customization of the dance floor or stage size
  • Access to electrical and water facilities
  • WiFi access for the wedding party
  • Choice of multiple locations for the wedding ceremony
  • Wedding Party will have access to the house for dressing and pictures only
  • Optional cleanup service: Guests can choose to conduct their own cleanup after the event or opt for Beckwith to provide the service for a fee of $700.00.

DIY – Any item not listed above is the responsibility of the renter to provide.

For outdoor events accommodating up to 36-100 guests, the following amenities are included in the rental fee:

Amenitiets
  • Parking for 50 cars
  • Access to the public restroom and two Porta Potties
  • One outdoor trash bin
  • Tables and Chairs - 8 -eight-foot tables, 50 chairs
  • Dance Floor/stage: access to (27) 4’ x 12’ connecting panels to customize your dance floor or stage to desired size.
  • Access to electrical and water
  • WIFI access to Wedding Party
  • Choice of multiple locations for wedding ceremony
  • Wedding party will have access to the house for dressing and pictures only
  • Option – for cleanup. Guests can conduct their own clean up after their event or elect to have Beckwith provide the service for a fee of $500.00
  • Parking space for up to 50 vehicles
  • Tables and chairs for up to 50 guests (Beckwith provides 8 6ft tables and 50 chairs)
  • Dance floor/stage: Access to 27 connecting panels measuring 4’ x 12’ each, allowing customization of the dance floor or stage size
  • Access to electrical and water facilities
  • WiFi access for the wedding party
  • Choice of multiple locations for the wedding ceremony
  • Use of kitchen facilities
  • Optional cleanup service: Guests can choose to conduct their own cleanup after the event or opt for Beckwith to provide the service for a fee of $500.00.
  • Access to public restrooms
  • One small outdoor trash bin
